Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. International delivers may take 14-21 business days 

Due to high demand, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after processing.nInternational delivery may take 14-21 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Nova Smile is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit by the shipping carrier.
